Instead of renting just one cottage, you can also rent both together for your family and friends. Indeed, Mas Natura consists of a large 350 m2 building on 3 levels in an old farmhouse initially named "Mas des Abricotiers" but since renamed "Mas Natura". It is located on 2 hectares fenced and planted with trees with around ten parking spaces (secured with cameras) with an electric gate at the entrance, a large Catalan farmhouse from the 1980s completely renovated with reversible air conditioning thanks to 18 solar panels, a large salt swimming pool (non-chemical natural chlorine) and a SPA (for 3 people each time), several rainwater receivers, a large semi-shaded garden with vegetable garden, orchard and chicken coop in the distance on 2 hectares of trees and fenced, many outdoor games (tennis table, large trampoline, children's playground, etc.) and indoor games and sports room. and above all a magnificent panoramic view of the high mountains to the sea on the horizon.
If each gîte is independent of our own home at the front, it is also possible to combine the gîtes to rent them as "Group Gîtes" (2 gîtes + rooms = approximately 195 m2) for 15 people maximum (14 adults + 1 child) for your holidays or certain special occasions such as receptions, courses, internships, conferences or others, outside the summer season. On the other hand, as we are not an ERP (Establishment Receiving the Public), we cannot accept larger groups to sleep, nor authorize alcoholic parties with sound system and speakers (contact the more suitable village function rooms instead). Knowing that there are in any case only 3 bathrooms with shower and toilet, 3 equipped kitchens with 3 terraces + 1 roof terrace and 2 balconies (smoking area), and that 4 or 5 bedrooms with 5 double beds (160 x 200 cm) or 8 single beds (80 x 200 cm) and 1 foldaway double bed in the gym & games room + sofa beds in the dining, living or meeting rooms (1 double sofa bed and 1 BZ sofa of 140 x 190 cm); which makesa total of beds for 15 maximum (depending on children or teenagers, couples, friends, etc.) + the reception of 2-3 dogs max on the ground floor or garden level (not upstairs).
